Check-in is from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm andcheck-out is before 11:00 am. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and an additional cost. Please contact the host in advance.

A 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation. The balance amount is payable at the time of check-in. Please contact the host if you have any questions before booking.

Free cancellation is available up to 7 days prior to arrival. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.

You can book any of the four bedrooms individually. The Queen rooms accommodate up to 2 guests, Hometown Glory accommodates up to 3 guests and individual room bookings include shared access to the living room, dining room, lobby and complimentary breakfast. You can also book the full house for up to 8 guests with exclusive use of all four bedrooms, living areas and the small kitchen.

Children below the age of 5 stay for free. Above 5, there’s an extra person cost.

Smoking is allowed only in the designated area outside.

Complimentary breakfast is included with individual room bookings. For full-house bookings, paid breakfast is available daily on request from 8:00 am to 10:00 am. Food delivery from Swiggy, Zomato and Somoi (local Insta Mart) is also easily available.

Extra persons and extra mattresses are available at an additional cost. Please inform the host in advance so the homestay can prepare for your group.

OOtO Homestay is just 1.8 km from the city centre at Police Bazaar and a short walk from the Laban Last Stop taxi stand.

Standard cars and taxis can reach the property and free overnight parking is available in the compound for self-driven cars. Tempo travellers need to drop off about 50 metres away because they cannot enter the residential area. Driver accommodation is not available.

Guests can use the living room, lobby, dining area, back verandah and compound. The living room is perfect for lounging after a day out, game nights, or simply unwinding. The dining area has a microwave, fridge, water purifier, electric kettle, tea, coffee and essential dinnerware. For full-house bookings, the small kitchen is available with basic cooking utensils.

OOtO has 24/7 water supply, UPS power backup, high-speed Wi-Fi and a caretaker on the property. Airport pick-up and drop-off can be arranged at the best rates and local tour guides can be arranged and are highly recommended for exploring Meghalaya. To conserve water, linens and towels are changed every two days, bedrooms are serviced every two days and common areas are cleaned daily.
